Tim Montgomery is an experienced operations and marketing manager both for small for-profit and non-profit companies.  His strength is in his methodical approach to business problems and his ability to challenge status-quo thinking to help business owners and independent professionals achieve business success.

He is energetic as well as passionate about entrepreneurship and is able to quickly diagnose problems and provide effective and creative solutions to help companies towards a path of profitability.  From providing marketing messaging and process improvement consulting to Fortune 500 companies to providing product positioning and business development strategies to small businesses, Tim has had a wide range of consulting experiences and interests which allow him to look at the big picture when addressing specific business needs.

Perhaps his greatest asset is his genuine concern for the success of SBR’s clients, and he works tirelessly to ensure that regardless of how small the business, that he help them to achieve big results.

Tim recently completed his MBA from Babson College concentrating on Marketing and Consulting.

Shirin Shahin is highly skilled at the development and implementation of products and services as well as the overall business strategy to maintain and drive business growth. Shirin is quick to bring an idea to conception with a focus on creating and developing the brand, proposition and communications. Shirin is a highly motivated and engaged team player whose passion is to guide entrepreneurs and small business owners to success.

She develops implements and supports the business activities for the various clients and identifies ways to improve in a particular marketplace.  Shirin analyzes new trends and behaviors to uncover new business and sales opportunities.

She understands the impact that decisions make on the bottom line and loves the idea of playing a key part in creating something new. She encompasses enthusiasm and confidence and the drive to make it happen.

Shirin is a natural entrepreneur who is always thinking about business opportunities. At SBR, one of our greatest strengths is our ability to move fast and accomplish high level work. Working together with Shelly they have an impressive track record in driving sales and launching products and services from start to finish. As a result, there is great collective team synergy.

Shirin has completed her MBA at Babson College concentrating on Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Shirin enjoys playing tennis, ballroom dancing, as well as spending time with her family and friends!
