Refund Policy

All fees paid to Small Business Results are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work is considered to have commenced upon the earliest of the following: completion of any intake or onboarding process, scheduling of any consultation or session, initiation of any audit or review of client materials, or delivery of any findings or recommendations. This applies to all services, including the Business Health Check (all tiers), consulting and strategy packages, workshops, and Coffee Talk sessions. Prepaid and multi-session packages are non-refundable for unused sessions once the engagement has begun.
