I thought my story was about providing joy and movement through the Shelly Berman School of Dance – which I ran for 9 years and grew to become the 2nd largest dance school in Boston.

I thought my story was about my knowledge as a competitive bodybuilder and Personal Trainer through Professional Fitness by Shelly, which I ran for 23 years, understanding how physical strength and wellbeing were the core from which all power flows.

I thought my story was about developing Personal Leadership Programs – teaching leadership, emotional intelligence, and commitment.

But now I know… my story is about being an entrepreneur!

After building three successful businesses, I realized what I truly love is building and growing businesses. My story is about what it takes to find yourself, believe in yourself, and have the courage, fortitude, and tenacity to be the captain of your own ship. The result was Small Business Results – where I could combine my passion for business building with my commitment to developing other entrepreneurs.

Let me be clear about something: I’m not a coach or consultant, I’m a strategist. And in that role, yes, I do coach and consult when that’s what you need. The difference? I’m a strategist – I see the big picture, identify what needs to happen, and tell you exactly how to make it happen or execute on your behalf.
